Manually
operated switch
- Momentary
Action
The "switching" time of the pushbutton is equal
to the length of time that manual pressure is applied to
the operating device.
1-
Direct operating
The operating device makes direct contact with the button
of the microswitch (the force and travel are those determined
by the basic switch mechanism).
2- Telescopically operated
The operating device makes contact with the microswitch
via a spring, thus enabling the total travel of the operating
plunger to be increased.

Maintained Action
The "switching" time of the pushbutton is equal
to the lapse of time between the first and the second movement
of the operating device.
With two buttons
They are all maintained action switches, of the "on-off"
type.
With lever, 2 stable positions
They are all of the maintained action type.
With lever, 3 positions
Momentary action
Automatic return of the lever to the central position.
With key
Operation comparable to a lever with 2 stable positions.
